Most coaches I talk to have the training and the heart. What they don't have yet is the confidence to make the offer, say the price, and stay steady in the session when it gets hard. That's what we'll look at. Where you're stuck, what it's costing you, and what would change if you trusted yourself.

How it works

You talk, I listen, and I ask the questions that get to what's really in the way. Nothing to prepare. Nothing to decide on the call. If I think I can help, I'll tell you what working together looks like and let you think about it. If I can't, I'll say so.
